The terms that govern the use of our services
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing BuildModeler3D, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws in the Kingdom of Morocco.
2. Description of Services
BuildModeler3D provides professional 3D modeling, architectural visualization, and BIM services based on technical documents provided by the client.
3. Project Submission and Data Accuracy
• Clients must provide accurate 2D plans via our upload portal.
• We are not liable for modeling errors resulting from incorrect source data.
4. Pricing and Payment
• We accept payments in US Dollars (USD) and Euros (EURO).
• All transactions are processed securely via PayPal.
• Prices are subject to change based on project complexity and square footage.
5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
Final 3D models belong to the client upon full payment. BuildModeler3D will not use project renders for its professional portfolio without the explicit written consent of the client. Your project privacy is our priority.
6. Refund and Revision Policy
• Due to the digital nature of our work, refunds are not issued once production starts.
• We provide two (2) free rounds of revisions for each project.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our models are for visualization purposes only and are not certified for direct construction use without local engineering approval.
